Two settings on each appointment type control how close to the lesson a student can book online. Open Appointments and edit the type.
Minimum notice is a number of hours, from 1 to 168 (one week). With 2 hours set, a 1:00 PM slot stops being offered at 11:00 AM.
Don’t allow same-day booking is a checkbox. With it ticked, the earliest time a student sees is tomorrow’s first slot, whatever the hour is now.
You can use either one or both. With both on, the later of the two wins. The same limits apply when a student moves a lesson online.
Neither setting limits you. You can still add a booking yourself for any time, including later today.
Each appointment type has its own settings, so a road test can ask for more notice than a regular lesson.
Cronenta doesn’t ask you to approve bookings one by one. A time that shows on your booking page is a time a student can take. To keep a time off your page, block it in your availability or make the appointment type Private.
