Two rows sit in your Workflows list that are easy to mistake for ordinary reminders: instructor licence expiry and vehicle insurance expiry. Everything else in that list is a message to a client, editable, on whatever timing you set. These two are different in every way that matters:
- They go to you, not a client
- They fire on a fixed schedule: 30, 14 and 1 days before the expiry date you’ve set, not a number you choose
- You can turn them on or off from the Workflows list like anything else, but editing them doesn’t open the usual message editor. It takes you to Settings, where your licence and insurance expiry dates live
If you’re looking for where to set those dates in the first place, that’s also in Settings, not here.
These two dates are the only paperwork Cronenta tracks for you today. It doesn’t yet track other documents, such as your vehicle’s safety certificate, or keep a file ready for an MTO inspection.
