Cronenta can message a client at three points in Ontario’s licensing stages. Each one counts from that client’s own G1 or G2 date:
- G1 nudge: 10 months after their G1. Starts switched off.
- G-test prep: 12 months after their G2. Starts switched on.
- Licence expiry reminder: 5 years after their G2. Starts switched on.
Each of these has a follow-up message a few days later, listed as its own row. You’ll find all of them under Campaigns, where each row has an On/Off switch and a Channel column.
Three things decide whether a message actually goes out:
- Your plan. These reminders are part of the Growth plan. On a lower plan they don’t send.
- Consent. A client only gets them once they’ve consented themselves.
- Upcoming bookings. A client who already has a lesson booked is skipped.
They go out by email unless you change it. To send one by text instead, open Edit on that row and set Channel to SMS.
When a client replies YES to a text, Cronenta marks them as Replied on the Clients screen. If you’ve filled in Notify phone under Settings, you also get a text with their name and number so you can call them.
