Reading your Reports

Three sections, each for a date range you pick:

  • Bookings: how many booked and cancelled, a trend chart, and a table broken down by appointment type
  • Revenue: collected and refunded totals, payment count, average payment
  • Clients today: a live snapshot of your client list right now, regardless of the date range above. How many are waiting, mid-reminder, or done, broken down by licence stage, plus opted-out and undeliverable counts

Two things worth knowing before you read too much into the numbers:

Cash and Interac e-transfer don’t show up in Revenue. Only payments that went through Cronenta’s own checkout are counted. If most of your students pay you directly, Revenue will look far lower than what you actually made. It isn’t broken; it’s only counting what it can see.

The trend chart can start later than the totals above it. Pick a wide range like “All time” and the chart trims itself to where your real activity starts, so the bars aren’t mostly empty. The totals and the by-type table above it still cover your full selected range. If those numbers don’t seem to line up with what the chart shows, that’s why.
