Under Settings, Download a copy of your data gives you a zip file with one CSV per type of record: clients, message history, bookings and campaign enrollments. It doesn’t include Cronenta’s own internal compliance records, since those aren’t yours to take.
Deleting a client is two steps on purpose, so it can’t happen by accident:
- Delete closes out anything open for that client but keeps their record.
- Once deleted, Erase permanently appears. This scrubs their name, phone and email and blanks their message history. This step cannot be undone.
