Upload a CSV of your existing clients to bring them in all at once, instead of adding each one by hand. Cronenta validates each row and flags anything it can’t read, so a bad row doesn’t silently fail or corrupt the rest of the import.
Your header row needs: phone, email, and g2_date, all three required, on every row. For the name, either a first_name column or a single name column works. This is stricter than adding a client manually, where the G2 date can be left blank; a row missing any of the three required columns won’t import.
Same rule as adding a client manually: consent isn’t granted by the import. A client only starts receiving messages once they’ve consented themselves.
