This is different from your subscription, which is what you pay Cronenta. This is how your students pay you. Cronenta uses Stripe to handle it, so you never touch card numbers directly and neither do we.
- Open Settings → Payments.
- Click Set up payments.
- You’re sent to Stripe’s own hosted form to verify your identity and add your bank account. Stripe handles this step entirely. Cronenta never sees your bank details.
- Once approved, card and debit payment methods become available on your appointment types.
Left it half-finished? The button changes to Finish setup so you can pick up where you left off. Turn off payments switches it off at any time. If a checkout is in progress when you try, you’ll be asked to wait until it clears first.
A student paying by card pays for the lesson in full when they book. Cronenta doesn’t take deposits yet, so you can’t collect part at booking and the rest later.
